Beginning painting as a hobby, or growing as an artist, you will probably find yourself experimenting with different combinations of mediums time and time again. What all these mediums have in common is that they all have some kind of extended drying time. This makes it possible for the paint to remain wet for a certain period without risk of damaging the surface or smearing everywhere as soon as we touch it.
